Jose Aldo Slates Conor McGregor's Pursuit Of Floyd Mayweather Bout quoting : Pundit Arena

Ever since his emphatic loss at the hands of Conor McGregor at UFC 194, Jose Aldo hasn't really seemed capable of moving on from the Irishman. Aldo had been undefeated for over a decade before Conor McGregor sent him plummeting to the canvas 13 seconds into their featherweight title bout at UFC 194. That bout never materialized and Aldo now looks likely to defend his featherweight title against Max Holloway in the coming months. Since then, McGregor has become the lightweight champion, while Jose Aldo has pulled off a number of stunts in an effort to secure a rematch with the SBG man. Part of the deal in the earliest stages of the discussion surrounding the bout has been talks of who will be responsible for building the undercard.

GETTY Conor McGregor believes he can KO Floyd Mayweather McGregor believes his unorthodox style and youth will be key factors to defeating Mayweather, who last fought in September 2015. "I don't think he has a chance" Jose Aldo Aldo, who fell victim to McGregor's vicious counter left at UFC 194, wholeheartedly disagrees with that notion and believes McGregor has no chance of coming out of the bout victorious. I've got the reach, I've got the youth, I've got the confidence and I've got the unpredictable style.
